Job Description
Adena Health is seeking a compassionate Physician Coach - GME Behavioral Health Faculty to support the development of residents throughout their training programs. This role focuses on promoting resident and faculty well-being, advancing behavioral health education, and cultivating a positive learning environment. The position involves providing guidance and support in areas such as burnout prevention, interpersonal communication, and leadership development.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology
- Major/Area of Concentration: Behavioral Health, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Behavioral Science
- Optional: PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or related field
- Mastery of relevant certifications (e.g., Physician Development Coach)
- Must hold, or be eligible for, independent licensure in a behavioral health field
- 3+ years of experience in behavioral health, counseling, or a related field
