Alternance Chef de Projet Customer Experience H/F

We are seeking a Chef de Projet Customer Experience to join our team in Ronchin, Lille, FR. As an alternance student, you will be responsible for auditing and diagnosing customer experience in different business units, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and collaborating with teams to design customer experiences. Requirements

• Master 1 or 2 degree in Commerce, Engineering, or University
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English (B2 level minimum)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
