Data Engineer – Customer & Commerce Platform - H/F

ADEO, the European leader in home improvement and DIY market, seeks a Data Engineer to support stores around the world and reinvent utility for inhabitants. The successful candidate will join the cross-functional Data team, integrated into the Customer & Commerce Digital Platform (CCDP), and be responsible for collecting, managing, and converting data into exploitable information.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Data Engineering, ideally in a retail or data-centric context
• Strong knowledge of streaming technologies like Kafka and real-time or batch data processing
• Good knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform stack: BigQuery, Dataflow, GCS, etc.
• Familiarity with relational databases, NoSQL, and distributed systems
• Efficient development in Python and SQL, with good mastery of CI/CD and automation
