As a Software Development Manager for Financial Platforms, you will lead a team of engineers and oversee the realization of solutions developed in-house and the technical integration of market solutions. You will be responsible for technical excellence and alignment with Product Strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software development
- At least 1 year of successful direct management experience of a technical team
- Proven experience in a dual 'Make' environment, with expertise in both building products from A to Z and integrating complex SaaS/PaaS solutions
- Solid expertise in software architecture (microservices, APIs, design patterns) and integration architecture
- Mastery of DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, IaC) and cloud (GCP)
- Deep understanding of security, performance, and reliability issues in systems
