Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth efforts in the Benelux region. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective business development strategies and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development or sales within the engineering, technical, or recruitment fields.
- Strong understanding of the Benelux market and its business landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch or French.
