Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge in application development or consulting and in project management
- Leadership role with ability to build, professionally qualify, and long-term accompany a team
- Good German and English language skills
- Well-developed social and communicative skills
- Experience with modern web architectures with Java (e.g. JEE, JSF2, JPA, JMS, Spring, JEE, Hibernate/JPA or Spring Boot, Spring MVC, RESTful Web-Services)
- Ability to build close customer contacts and strengthen them through operational integration in projects
