Job Description
The IT Business Partner will facilitate teamwork, enable effective information sharing, and provide innovative and secure devices to enhance the employee experience at Nestle in Bangkok.
Requirements
- 5+ years of working experience in IT Service Management, employee satisfaction or employee productivities
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred
- Extensive project management experience
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English and Thai
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
