Job Description
The Legal Assistant Manager/Senior Executive will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and advising management on potential legal issues. They will also be involved in reviewing and developing policies, liaising with external legal counsels, and acting as custodian of legal documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a legal firm and/or as in-house counsel for the post of assistant manager
- Minimum 3 years of working experience for the post of senior executive
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills
- Analytical, meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently and as a team player
