- 12+ months of work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding
- Team Leadership and Customer service
- KPIs background and understanding
- Strong analysis skills
- Strong training skills
- Experience in conducting feedback conversations
- Team Line up planning
- Product knowledge
- Good English skills/understanding (C1)
- Professional handling of difficult interpersonal situations within the store team
- Understanding the store's needs and acting accordingly
