Product Manager Apparel Mens responsible for bringing consumer and market insights into range concepts, creating products based on X-BU's market input, and working closely with design, developer, and sourcing functions.

Requirements

• Bring consumer and market insights into range concepts
• Create Product based on X-BU’s market Input: SPW, Training, SPSP
• Work closely with all creation functions (Design, Developer, Sourcing) to execute product Creation
• Proactively manage range direction and sharpen the creation direction within the local sportswear landscape to create leading products winning the market
• Work within cross-functional team and with interlinked departments to enable an efficient product creation process with an optimum product outcome
• Actively execute short-lead time or Ad-hoc product Creation
• Understanding Apparel knowledge (material, technology, pattern) and capability to work closely with T1/T2 Factories
• Proactively Capturing latest Market trend & Consumer insights, implement into Product creation
• Actively Communicate with different BU, and execute Product creation based on their input
• Prepare and present ranges and business-related topics - with respective audience in mind - by using relevant structure and content
• Work independently on projects and follow up on project development, be proactive, flexible, solution driven to ensure project delivery.
