Store Manager adidas (M/F/D) - Full Time - Factory Outlet / Castel Guelfo, Italy

We are looking for a Store Manager for our Factory Outlet in Castel Guelfo (Bologna). The successful candidate will promote the profitability of the store, manage internal resources, and lead the Customer Service team.

Requirements

• At least 18 months of work experience in a Retail environment of sports/modes, of which at least 12 with responsibility as a Store Manager.
• Intermediate and advanced mathematical skills and excellent verbal communication skills
• Fluent knowledge of the English language and the local language
• Territorial availability
