Job Description
Adient is a global leader in automotive seating. As an Advanced Quality Engineer, you will drive the completion and documentation of APQP, lead customer communication, and coordinate quality relevant activities in programs. You will work with suppliers to improve products and resolve manufacturing problems, and participate in internal audits and workgroups.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- Professional background in Manufacturing and/or Quality and/or Engineering
- Solid Knowledge of Standards for Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Experience with problem-solving methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Min 5 years relevant working experience on quality related activities
- English (minimum B2) and German – fluent written and spoken
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Sense of innovation and leadership
- Driving license and mobility
