Job Description
Mid-level Production Supervisor position with limited complexity manages daily production function within a plant for a single production line or specific area for one shift, focuses on the development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility
- Experience in J-I-T automotive sequencing environment preferred
- Strong Communication skills with ability to manage Conflict Resolution
- Union Experience is a plus
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Application
