Seeking an educational servant leader as the Administrative Director of an international school in Bangladesh. Responsible for leadership of educational, operational, and financial aspects of the school.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, or Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years senior leadership experience, preferably in multiple settings and educational leadership.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
• Ability to foster healthy team dynamics.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
• Active participant in a local Christian community.
• Team player, balancing the need to lead and be led.
• Mature experience and judgement.
• Able to initiate and work independently.
