Sales Representative

We are seeking a Sales Representative to meet and exceed regional sales objectives through performance management, operations management, channel growth, and customer retention. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, an associate's degree or equivalent, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 1 year of sales, marketing, training, and/or customer service experience
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• PC proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Superior organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and operations skills
• Prior successful sales track record and proven leadership ability
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven success in customer resolution/satisfaction and complex problem-solving
• Excellent decision-making and leadership skills
