Senior Corporate Counsel

The Senior Corporate Counsel will provide legal support to the Company, implementing strategic legal initiatives and managing domestic and international contracts. This role involves reviewing and negotiating agreements, supporting patent and intellectual property matters, and providing research and analysis on general corporate matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA certified law school
• Bar admittance in the State of Oklahoma
• Minimum of 10 years of direct experience in a similar role
• Ability to take ownership, take initiative and act with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify problems and efficiently work to implement solutions
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with Company stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience in the agrochemical industry preferred but not required
