Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Computer Scientist to lead the technical design and implementation strategy for major systems and components of the Adobe Experience Platform. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in designing and developing large-scale data-intensive distributed systems and a strong background in technologies like Apache Spark, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
Requirements
- 10+ years in design and development of large scale data intensive distributed systems
- 3+ years as a lead
- In depth work experience on technologies like Apache Spark, Kafka, Delta Lake, Kubernetes, etc.
- In depth work experience on one or more public clouds like Azure, AWS or GCP
- Strong background in Relational Stores ( PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Strong coding skills in Java, Scala, Python
- Proficiency in data structures and algorithms
- Cost consciousness around computation and memory requirements
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- BTech/MTech/MS in Computer Science
