Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in software development projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Agile/Scrum, Jira, or Confluence
- Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and use case development
- Certification in business analysis, such as CBAP or PMI-PBA, is a plus
