Business Analyst

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business requirements and objectives. Evaluate and document current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in software development projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Agile/Scrum, Jira, or Confluence
• Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and use case development
• Certification in business analysis, such as CBAP or PMI-PBA, is a plus
