Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License (Life & Health)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a health insurance agent (ACA, Medicare, or private plans)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
- Passion for helping others and serving the local community
