Ads.com is seeking a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer to join our executive team and professionalize our revenue operations for the next stage of expansion. The role is responsible for overseeing and aligning all revenue-generating teams to drive sustainable growth, develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy, and foster cross-functional collaboration to unlock new levels of performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in senior revenue leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in the digital advertising, ad tech, or performance marketing industry
- Experience with search arbitrage or similar performance media models
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful revenue strategies
- Experience overseeing Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions
- Proven experience building and scaling high-performing teams
- Hands-on experience implementing scalable processes
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategy
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- History of breaking down silos and fostering collaboration among Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Able to bring the rigor of a seasoned executive while remaining hands-on and agile
