Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related discipline
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex concepts for clients
