Senior Community Keyworker - Thames Valley

Advance Charity is seeking a Senior Community Keyworker to work in the Thames Valley region. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a small group of keyworkers, supporting quality control, and leading a small team of Thames Valley wide Keyworkers. The role involves working with women offenders and requires a strong understanding of their needs and interventions. The position is based in Reading but requires commuting across the Thames Valley region. The salary is £25,000 - £27,000 per year.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the range of needs and interventions required for women offenders
• Ability to lead a small team to deliver inclusive, innovative and professional services
• Ability to maintain own caseload of women and role model best practice
• Ability to supervise and support keyworkers
