The SAP eWMS Business Analyst is responsible for leading the design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP eWMS solutions. This role ensures the optimization of warehouse operations, integration with SAP S/4HANA and related business systems, and the delivery of best-in-class warehouse management processes.
Requirements
- Analyze and define business requirements in collaboration with the user community, identifying functionality gaps and recommending best practice solutions.
- Create process flows and detailed solution designs to support business objectives.
- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and training of business processes related to SAP eWMS, S/4HANA warehouse modules, and related business systems.
- Integrate warehouse automation technologies such as robotics, handhelds, scanners, AGVs/AGRs, and other advanced systems to optimize warehouse operations for efficiency, scalability, and usability.
- Collaborate with development teams on RICEFS objects to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
- Analyze, debug, and maintain SAP and related solutions to ensure correct and efficient operations.
- Map business processes using tools such as Microsoft Visio, SmartSheet, or equivalent, and prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
- Participate in project management and team leadership activities.
- Perform all work in accordance with defined IT and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
