Sr Test Engineer

Advanced Energy is looking for an experienced Test Development Engineer to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado. The Test Engineer designs, develops, and implements cost-effective solutions for manufacturing tests for several high frequency, high voltage circuits and systems that ensure high quality standards.

Requirements

• Ensures testability and serviceability of new product designs, providing feedback to design teams addressing opportunities for defects in manufacturing and field use
• Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, completes specifications and procedures for new products and for product design changes throughout the product’s lifecycle
• Accurately estimates project costs and schedules associated with implementing test solutions
• Owns test requirements from the vendor, to shipment, to the customer
• Verifies products meet their functional requirements - including design verification and manufacturing screens
• Analyzes capabilities and ensure control of critical parameters of products and test equipment
