Job Description
We are seeking a Process Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role supports production by developing, improving, and maintaining manufacturing processes and systems to ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical products.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and production systems.
- Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.
- Understanding of ESD best practices and electronic component handling.
- Familiarity with quality standards and inspection criteria (e.g., IPC-A-610).
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma tools.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving ability, and collaborative mindset.
