Production Planner/Scheduler

We are seeking a Production Planner/Scheduler to develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules to support efficient manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in production scheduling, material planning, or closely related supply chain responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Create, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and long-range production schedules
• Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Leads to ensure schedule feasibility
• Monitor work orders, lead times, and manufacturing progress
• Collaborate with procurement to track incoming materials and adjust schedules
• Work closely with Customer Service to communicate delivery commitments
• Analyze capacity requirements and identify bottlenecks
• Maintain accurate data and schedule integrity within the ERP/MRP system
• Prepare and present schedule updates during daily or weekly production meetings
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
