Senior LCC Operator (Project Based)

We are looking for an experienced Senior LCC Operator to join our high-performing team supporting Client’s Live Control Center (LCC) operations. The Senior LCC Operator is a seasoned technical operator responsible for real-time monitoring of live events, ensuring optimal consumer device experiences, service stability, and CDN performance.

Requirements

• Prior experience in live streaming operations (e.g., Master Control, NOC, TOC, or similar environments)
• Strong technical understanding of live streaming pipelines, video delivery systems, and CDN infrastructure
• Proven experience managing live incident response and escalation workflows
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain operational documentation
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and lead small teams
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by live event operations
