Job Description
The Medical Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and clinical support to urological services, collaborating with physicians and nurses. They perform routine tasks like appointment scheduling, vital signs collection, patient education, phlebotomy, and documenting patient care. The position involves ensuring the smooth running of the medical office and providing excellent patient care.
Requirements
- Perform administrative and clinical duties under direct supervision.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments.
- Perform phlebotomy and collection of lab specimens.
- Perform EKG's.
- Prepare accurate medical records.
