JR BI Developer (Big Data Cluster Management)

We are seeking a motivated Junior BI Developer with experience in big data cluster management to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in business intelligence development and managing big data environments to deliver data-driven insights. The role involves developing and maintaining BI dashboards and reports, managing big data clusters, designing and implementing ETL pipelines, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Manage and optimize big data clusters (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) for performance and scalability.
• Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data into reporting systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across BI systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data workflows and cluster environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
