Job Description
Advansys is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of automated processes. The role involves translating business requirements into robust RPA solutions, ensuring best practices, and mentoring junior engineers. They serve 100+ enterprise customers across 14 countries and specialize in Business Automation, Industrial Digitization, and Low-code Development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–6+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of UiPath (preferred) or other major RPA tools.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, Python, or VB.
- Experience with databases (SQL), APIs, and workflow orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with OCR, AI/ML integrations, and Document Understanding.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
