Job Description
The Primary Care Physician provides direct primary medical care to children and adult patients. Responsibilities include assessing, managing, and diagnosing patients, as well as prescribing treatments and medications.
Requirements
- Medical degree conferred by an accredited college or university
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics or Family Medicine
- New York State licensure
- Twenty- four (24) Continued Medical Education (CME) credits per credentialing cycle
- Healthcare Provider CPR/AED Certification
- Strong oral, written and organizational skills
