Job Description
We are seeking personal care aides in Effingham, Dieterich, and Newton to provide daily pay and a stable employment experience. This includes duties such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, bathing assistance, laundry services, and transportation. Candidates must be physically able to assist clients with various tasks and demonstrate strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Physical ability to assist clients with daily living tasks (dressing, feeding, grooming, toileting, transfers)
- Able to push and pull clients up to 100lbs and lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to work in tight spaces and perform repetitive motions
- Must be able to perform duties up to 1 hour without rest
- 2 references required
- High school diploma/GED
- IDOA CCP training for Homemaker Supervisor completion
