Operations Associate II

AMS Fulfillment is a B Corporation that gives back to employees and their communities. The Operations Associate II will perform general warehouse functions, pick/pack and scanning in accordance with AMS' set procedures.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years work experience in a similar role
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• WMS system knowledge preferred
• Attention to detail and organized
• Ability to safely operate equipment such as box cutters
• Ability to work overtime and weekends with short notice
• Work well under pressure and fast-paced environment
• Ability to work harmoniously with diverse range of people
• Able to lift up to 45lbs
