Job Description
This individual oversees and motivates operations employees to meet productivity objectives, and supervises and trains warehouse staff to ensure adherence to production schedules, company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum two years warehouse supervisory experience
- Forklift certification
- Understanding of warehousing operations with experience in a distribution and/or fulfillment environment
- Leadership, organization, communication, and cross-functional teamwork skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
