Job Description
Do you want to work for a company that cares for and values its employees? As a Quality Control Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for making sure orders are prepared, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time, meeting company quality standards and client requirements.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, and quality control
- Experience with ERP or WMS systems (NetSuite, SAP, ShipStation, etc.) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to read and interpret shipping and quality documentation
- On-site presence consistent and reliable attendance
- Able to successfully learn and perform essential functions of role as outlined above
- Good verbal, reading and written communication skills
- Able to work independently, strong sense of urgency and follow-through
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle shipping challenges
- Be able to interact with all other departments, team player is essential
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and internal software systems
- Able to routinely lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or fulfillment environment
