Field Nurse Practitioner - Douglas County, Oregon PRN

Advantmed is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home wellness risk adjustment assessments for Medicare members in Douglas County, Oregon. This is a 1099 (PRN) role offering flexibility and opportunity to deliver quality care to vulnerable populations. The role involves comprehensive assessments and patient education in a home setting.

Requirements

• Valid unencumbered NP License
• 1099 (PRN) experience preferred
• 3+ years patient care experience preferred
• Access to reliable transportation
• Strong ability to work independently
• Bilingual (a plus)
• Commitment to 30 hours per month
