Field Nurse Practitioner - Kissimmee, Florida

Advantmed is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Practitioner to conduct in-home wellness risk adjustment assessments for Medicare members in Kissimmee, Florida. This is a 1099 (PRN) contract role offering flexibility and opportunity to improve member health outcomes. The role involves comprehensive assessments, physical examinations, and communication with the patient's family and healthcare team.

Requirements

• Valid unencumbered NP License
• Must travel within the assigned job posting county up to 55 miles
• Previous in-home risk assessment experience preferred
• Prior 1099 (PRN) experience preferred
• Bilingual a plus
• Strong ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Access to reliable transportation
