We are looking for a Head of Service & Maintenance to lead the service organization, develop and expand the service department, and ensure efficient deployment, maintenance, and resource planning. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a leading position in technical service, field service, or maintenance, with fundamental knowledge of maintenance, fault diagnosis, and system availability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a leading position in technical service, field service, or maintenance
- Fundamental knowledge of maintenance, fault diagnosis, system availability, and technical troubleshooting
- Experience in building or scaling a technical service department
- Good understanding of automation technologies, mechatronic systems, and industrial control systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and secure communication in escalation situations
- Analytical skills, structured working method, and data-based decision-making
- Good German and English skills in word and writing
