VP Sourcing & Production (m/w/d)

We are seeking a VP Sourcing & Production to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for procurement, production, and logistics to produce automation solutions efficiently. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in a leading position in the field of sourcing, procurement, supply chain, production, or operations in relevant industries such as mechanical engineering, automation technology, or industrial production.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a leading position in the field of sourcing, procurement, supply chain, production, or operations
• Comprehensive knowledge in supply chain management, production processes, production planning, and series production of technological systems
• Proven experience in building, scaling, and stabilizing supply chains in rapidly growing organizations
• Excellent leadership and team development skills with proven experience in building high-performing, international teams
• Strategic thinking combined with the ability to measureably improve operational processes
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in dealing with complex supply chains and technical products
• High communication and social skills for cooperation with suppliers, internal interfaces, and customers
