They offer a wide range of clinical laboratory tests to patients and provide training to laboratory staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, biological sciences, chemical sciences or allied health technologies or equivalent
- Valid Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license in CA
- Current certification from American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or National Credentialing Agency for Labs (NCA)
- Excellent clinical laboratory skills
- Adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines
- Experience with specimen collection and quality control
- Experience with data analysis and continuous improvement
