Job Description
Adventist Health Columbia Gorge is seeking a dedicated Diabetes Educator to provide education and support to patients with diabetes and related health conditions. This role involves developing and implementing education programs, collaborating with healthcare professionals and clients, and evaluating program effectiveness. The position is located in The Dalles, Oregon.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist or Registered Nurse licensure (State of practice)
- Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) preferred
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Nurse (RN) required
