Job Description
Adventist Health Castle, a leading healthcare provider in Kailua, Oahu since 1963, is seeking a Facilities Director to lead all facilities operations, including maintenance, plant operations, and environmental services. The position focuses on maintaining a high standard of care and efficient operations across the medical center and its related services. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Healthcare or equivalent
- 5+ years facilities experience
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Five years certification (Certified Facility Manager/Healthcare Facility Manager) preferred
- Compliance with administrative, legal, and regulatory requirements.
