Job Description
Adventist Health Howard Memorial is seeking a Manager for their Laboratory to ensure the consistent and high-quality operation of clinical laboratory services. The role involves clinical management, financial oversight, and adherence to quality and safety standards. The facility offers a warm atmosphere and is committed to providing excellent patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in medical technology, clinical laboratory science, biological sciences, chemical sciences or allied health technologies or equivalent
- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- Five years' clinical laboratory experience
- One year's leadership experience (Preferred)
- Valid Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license in CA
- Current certification from American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or National Credentialing Agency for Labs (NCA) in CA and HI
- Certification in American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or National Credentialing Agency for Labs (NCA) in CA and HI
