Job Description
Adventist Health Vallejo provides comprehensive mental health services to people of all ages through a combination of inpatient, outpatient, and home health care programs. They emphasize empowerment, connection, and a meaningful life and aim to foster recovery and long-term well-being. They offer both short-term psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as partial hospitalization programs for adults.
Requirements
- High School Education/GED or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification preferred
- Management of Assaultive Behavior certification preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Techniques for Effective Aggression Management (TEAM) or Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification preferred
- Department Specific License/Certifications (e.g., Techniques for Effective Aggression Management) required
