Pharmacist, Ambulatory Care

Provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to outpatient clinic patients to ensure safe and effective drug therapy, taking into consideration patient’s diagnosis, prescribed treatment, age group and other identified needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of a school of pharmacy recognized by State of California Board of Pharmacy
• Pharmacist license in the state of practice
• Registered Pharmacist licensure in state of practice
• Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialists (BCPS) or equivalent, or three years' experience in ambulatory care
• California Advanced Practice certification within one year of hire
