Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
• CPR or Basic Life Support certification
• Valid Driver’s License (DL) and must be at least 21 yrs of age
• Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or RQIBLS certifications
