Job Description
Adventist Health Portland is seeking a Radiation Therapist to provide ionizing irradiation to patients in a bustling, nature-adjacent environment. The role involves administering treatment according to prescriptions, preparing treatment rooms, observing for complications, maintaining records, and providing clinical supervision to students. This is a full-time, per diem position based in Portland, Oregon.
Requirements
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiation Therapy [R.T.(T)(ARRT)] and applicable State Certification of Therapeutic Radiologic Technology (RTT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent
- Fluoroscopy Permit from the state of practice
- ARRT-Radiation Therapy (ARRT-T) - Required
