Job Description
Adventist Health is seeking a Resident Chaplain to provide spiritual support to patients, families, and hospital staff in Roseville, California. This position offers a welcoming space for associates to collaborate, innovate, and connect, and focuses on providing compassionate pastoral care rooted in an inclusive approach to faith traditions. The role involves providing comfort and support during various situations, acting as a spiritual guide, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in theology, spirituality, pastoral ministry or equivalent
- Completion or enrollment in a Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program
- Commissioned Minister License or Credential with an accredited Seventh-day Adventist Church
- Board certification through APC, ACI or CPSP within five years of hire
