Job Description
Adventist Health White Memorial is seeking a Clinical Education Nurse (RN) to develop and implement evidence-based patient care programs in a fast-paced acute care setting. This role involves designing, leading, and evaluating clinical education initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about clinical practice and education.
Requirements
- Develops, coordinates, and delivers education programs to enhance clinical competencies.
- Creates, revises, and evaluates educational materials.
- Conducts workshops, in-service sessions, and continuing education programs.
- Designs and implements processes to assess, validate, and document clinical competencies.
- Collaborates with clinical managers and leaders.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
