Job Description
Adventist Health White Memorial is seeking a full-time, Day Shift RN to lead the Unit-Based Nursing Leadership team. The role involves supervising and directing nursing and ancillary personnel, ensuring quality patient care, and improving patient satisfaction. This position requires a passion for patient centered care and the ability to adapt to a diverse community.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Five years’ technical experience
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills
- Certification in CPR/BLS or HS-BLS/RQIBLS (Preferred)
- Certified in NIHSS, Stroke Scale or Stroke Facility License (Preferred)
